Is there anyway to remove hair?

Question by Reb: Is there anyway to remove hair?
I want to remove hair but with out shaving so it wont grow back thicker. i don't want to wax it either. is there anyway to make it so i can remove hair w/o shaving or waxing so it doesn't grow back thicker.
